Less salt. The same flavour!

Thanks to RAPS’ special microencapsulation technology, salt grains are coated and in that form spread through the product while the dough is being made, to form irregular, concentrated ‘salt spots’. This enables you to reduce the salt content of a product by up to 20% while retaining full flavour. We can adjust the type and quality of salt to suit the finished product and the way it is processed.
